Ayurveda cuisine

With Ayurveda to more balance in life, physical health and harmony with body, soul and spirit.

Ayurveda comes from Sanskrit and means "the knowledge of life". Body, mind and soul are understood as a whole. The knowledge of life is based on this. This philosophy is consistent with everything I do and is the basis of my cuisine.

Cooking with friends

Cooking together is fun and promotes friendship. Let's spend a happy day in the cooking studio, try out new flavours, look forward to a lively exchange and, above all, enjoy each other and the food!

Dear Maria,

Vielen Dank.

Elisabeth

AYURVEDA

THE KNOWLEDGE OF LIFE

Ayurveda provides us with the key to understanding the connections between man and nature, health and illness, microcosm and macrocosm.

Maintaining and/or improving our health through a lifestyle and diet appropriate to our constitution serves both our well-being and our spiritual growth.

The aim of Ayurveda is to find unity with our true nature and our higher divine self.

Live and eat according to your constitution

Ayurveda considers the human being as a whole. It recognises the individuality of each person in body, soul and spirit. It is a holistic system of medicine with nutrition as a pillar in the great whole of our being. If you allow yourself to become involved in the thousands of years of knowledge, you will gain completely new insights for yourself.

The doshas are an important teaching in Ayurvada and a component of Ayurveda cuisine

They originate from the five elements and can be understood as three overarching energetic principles. These forces control our physiological processes. A good interplay of the three forces results in a balanced state.

VATA

Principle of movement

Air/ether

PITTA

Principle of metabolism and dynamics

Fire/water

KAPHA

Principle of conservation and structure

Earth/water

Flavour and elements in Ayurveda cuisine
