Plant water, also known as plant hydrosol, has been produced for centuries and has fallen into oblivion.
Long ostracised as a waste product of distillation, plant water has been rediscovered and its great effectiveness has now been studied and proven.
During the meditative distillation, we consciously connect with the energy of the plant. You will receive impulses about its healing power, the use of the water and other valuable tips.
What is plant water?
Plant water is also known as plant hydrolate or floral water. It is produced during the extraction of essential oils through steam distillation.
The plant water contains both the water-soluble ingredients of the plant and its energetic information.
How do I use a plant water?
There are virtually no limits to its use. For example, the plant water can be used to make natural cosmetics, as a facial toner, as a room spray, in aromatherapy or to round off dishes in the aroma kitchen.
In summer, a plant water made from peppermint is suitable as a refresher and rosemary plant water as a fragrant and strengthening water for the hair.
How does a plant water work?
If you spray a plant water into your luminous body (aura or energy field), close your eyes and breathe in deeply, you will feel and experience what a plant water is and how it works.
The ingredients and the spirit of the plant are captured in the plant water and resonate with our entire system. For this reason, plant water is also often used in aromatherapy. It stimulates our nerve cells, our soul and our spirit.
How is plant water produced?
In contrast to essential oils, plant water is very easy to produce yourself in small quantities with simple means and little effort.
The production in the glass still is something very special. The plants are carefully selected and asked to make themselves available for the plant water. Depending on the impulse and area of application, I use fresh spring water or rainwater specially collected in a glass bowl.
The distillation process is pure alchemy. Some waters are accompanied by healing sounds during distillation.
