What can you expect?

Can you imagine that with the help of tea you can train your patience and endurance and expand your self-knowledge? Do you think it is possible that tea can help you achieve more mindfulness and freedom within yourself?

No matter what type of tea person you are (read more about this in my Blog article), with the Chinese tea ceremony you will explore completely new worlds.

We round off the week and get in the mood for the weekend.

You can expect 1 1/2 hours full of pleasure, relaxation, beauty, patience, mindfulness, silence, awareness, respect and gratitude.

I will introduce you to the world of tea, teach you how to activate your senses and connect with the elements.

I only use teas from very select traders and tea farmers from China with organic certification and/or at least pesticide-free certification.

We chat, philosophise, laugh, get to know each other and perceive the tea not only on a material but also on a spiritual level.

What Gong Fu Cha guests say about it

Man fährt komplett runter, man entspannt.

Worth knowing

What does Gong Fu Cha mean?

Which teas are used?

Oolong tea is traditionally used in the Chinese tea ceremony. However, green tea, white tea, black tea and the particularly health-promoting Pu-erh tea are now also used.

I only use teas from very select traders and tea farmers from China with organic certification and/or at least pesticide-free certification.

How is the compatibility of the teas

I can only speak from my own experience here. In my more than 40 years on this earth, I have hardly ever been able to drink black or green tea. I would get nauseous and my heart would race. With the tea art of Gong Fu Cha, I can enjoy any tea without any problems. I can feel the energy Qi in a way I have never felt before.

Can I also drink tea in summer?

In our part of the world, people often think that drinking tea is only for the winter. I do not share this opinion at all. Different types of tea have different thermal effects.

In TCM, green tea is said to have a cool to cold and black tea a cool to slightly warming energetic character. It is therefore advisable to drink green tea in summer when it is very hot.

The assumption that you should only drink chilled drinks from the fridge in summer to keep cool is wrong. Chilled drinks are harmful to the body.

How many infusions are made?

This depends on many factors. Firstly, the type and quality of the tea, the water quality, the water temperature, the amount of tea, the brewing time and the skill of the tea master.
